Task 2:
Below is the payroll for Anthonys Gourmet Food Truck Business for the month of February 2024. Refer to his payroll page (see Excel attachment) and provide working calculations for the total for the whole month.
Additional Information:
a. Anthony, the Owner, works full time. He pays himself a humble salary of $3,200 a month. He doesn't work on Mondays and Fridays (unless necessary).
b. Anthoy has another full time time staff, Gary. He drives the truck, cooks, services and cleans the truck. He works 6 days a week with monthly salary of $2,500.
c. The food truck is opened all day, everyday, seven days a week. One working week is from Sundays to Saturdays.
d. Anthony pays his part time staff extra $2 per hour for every Saturday, 1.5 times for holiday eves, and 2 times on holidays.
e. The $2 per hour incentive is not applicable with the holiday eve and holiday incentive (if the holiday or eve falls on a Saturday).
f. Overtime pay is awarded to all full time and part time staff who work more than 44 hours a week.$8 bonus is paid per hour on top of normal and incentive rates.
g. Owner is excluded from this bonus scheme. Any additional hours more than 44 hours a week will be considered as overtime.
h. Saturday is the busiest day and Sunday is the least busy day.
i. Anthony has six part timers that work for him. Only Anthony, Gary and Samantha can do both cooking and service.
j. Anthony's Gourmet Food Truck business operates in Singapore, and is subjected to laws imposed by MOM and Singapore labour laws.
