2- Consult with managers, supervisors and other relevant stakeholders using appropriate consultation tools, eg:

E) communications mechanisms such as email, intranet, newsletters, and memos.

3- Document the requirements of the operational plan including:

4- Obtain approval for implementing the organisational plan and the contingency plan from the organisation's executive, eg chief executive officer or governing body, such as a board or executive committee.

D) how to manage waste and prevent misuse of resources.
