• Scenario 1- Sandeep is a new Educator who has just commenced in the Toddler room in which you are the Room leader. What kind of information should you share with her? What would be the best way to share this?
• Scenario 2- A child has been bitten by another child. You need to notify the child's family about the incident. When and how should you notify them? Why might this be a difficult conversation have?
• Scenario 3- A parent has disclosed to you that they have left their child unattended and you have since grown concerns for the child's welfare. Who could you discuss your concerns with, without fear of breaching confidentiality?
