Task 1 Francesca's vineyard has recently entered the field of wine tourism. The expertise of the family draws from generations of wine growers and wine makers. Now that accommodation in the form of seven self-contained bungalows has been added, there is much confusion about responsibilities for managing the following tasks; reservations, cleaning, breakfast provision, landscaping and gardening, guest payment processing, accounting and record keeping. The task of providing local area information has also been neglected since employees working in the vineyard and sheds are usually too busy to stop and chats to guests. The safety of customers wandering around work areas is also a concern.

1. Make a recommendation for an organisational structure for management of the tourism and accommodation side of the business.

2. Develop a job description for the person whose primary role it is to manage the tourism side of the business, including promotion.
