Task 2 Problem Solving in MS Word - Report

In MS word, evaluate different sources of technical information; judge the validity of each previously listed source of information for the following fault.

Provide evidence in the MS word document showing you have cross referenced checked the validity of information with the users (you could demonstrate this by explaining to another student where you found the information) and you have validated the reliability of the different types of technical information you found.
