Task 1 Read the following scenario and, as a group, determine the advice you would give Bill. Bill likes Jill. Both are LAW 960 students. Jill signed a written agreement with Bill that she would always be nice to Bill" if he gave her a copy of last week's lecture notes, Bill is now complaining that Jill is no longer nice to him - for example she refuses to sit next to him in class. Advise Bill whether a simple contract has been formed. Note that the agreement states: "This agreement is intended to be legally binding
