Analyse the tender and write a research proposal you would submit in response to the tender.

Your proposal must include the following:

1. INTRODUCTION The background to the study, including, the context and a motivation for the research.

2. RESEARCH DESIGN The research problem with reference to all the elements described in the Research Onion. Refer specifically to the type of research model you would use and justify your choice.

3. DATA COLLECTION METHODS Discuss the data collection methods you would use in your research initiative.

4. ANALYSIS AND INTERPRETATION A discussion on How you would analyse and interpret the findings using your knowledge of basic statistics 5. CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS How you would use the results to arrive at conclusions and make recommendations to the DPSA

6. REFERENCES Reference of all sources you consulted

7. APPENDICES This can include examples of any questionnaires or surveys you would use in the gathering the data required Remember to consult the assessment rubric to guide the answers you provide.
