Scenario: During the stocktake, your team member has discovered that cooked food and uncooked food are stored together in a fridge/freezer. This is a breach of safe food handling practices. As per the organisational policy and procedures, you must communicate any breach ofsafe food handling practicesto the Head Chef.
But your team members think that it is a small mistake and it should not be reported because the person responsible for it might have to face severe repercussion if it is reported. Now you and your team members are at conflict, and it is delaying the stocktake.
To deal with this situation and to resolve the conflict, you have decided to seek the assistance of the senior colleague for which you are required to arrange a meeting with the senior colleague.
