Task 2 - Implementation of Quality Customer Service (Use the assessment 3 checklist)
Obtain the customer service policies and procedures you developed in the previous assessment. You are required to implement them in your workplace over at least four (4) separate service periods.
The evaluation methods you chose will be implemented into your business environment or simulated environment: Staff, customers and suppliers will be encouraged to use your evaluation document(s), after four (4) separate service periods the document(s)/feedback forms/surveys will be compiled and evaluated. Each student of the group will format a report based on the data gathered. This report will be written and submitted individually.
During the four service periods you will need to:
Implement the policies and procedures in the workplace, taking responsibility for achieving service outcomes.
Monitor the staff in meeting their customer service standards as outlined in the policies and procedures.
Verbally communicate the policies and procedures to the staff, training them and explaining your expectations and the feedback process following the four service periods.
Make the policies and procedures available to the staff.
Allow staff to make suggestions for improvement of customer service policies and procedures. This could be achieved through the staff meetings etc.
Act as a role model demonstrating the standards covered in the policies and procedures.
Take responsibility for resolving disputes.
