Task 2: Reviewing Performance reflection

600-word self-reflection of your experience as a manager in the performance review practical roleplay. Again, you need to focus on two main skills/areas but should be different from the two you explored as part of your interviewing skills reflection. You will need to also consider areas for improvement and examine how these could be realised. Drawing on academic literature will be pivotal to inform and develop your reflection again (min 6-7 sources).
