2.)As discussed in the module, describe the selected topic in a conceptual way. 

3.)Made a list of the organizational characteristics and needs that influence the training. The focused list must be presented in a Word document. 

4.)You must expose and distinguish in the list a minimum number of three characteristics and needs.
