Locate the Evaluation Form template provided within this workbook. o complete the form, you must identify the following based on the presentation meeting conducted from ask 2.2: a. At least two aspects/areas of the presentation that went well b. At least two aspects/areas of the presentation that did not go well C. At least two areas of improvement for the presentation (refer to 1b) Areas of improvement must be based on the identified two circumstances that did not go well. They must address these circumstances to avoid repeating them. 2. Submit the Evaluation Form to your assessor
