Task 3: Identify Meeting and Participant Requirements ASSESSMENT INSTRUCTIONS This task will require you to identify meeting and participant requirements for each business meeting to be conducted. Business meetings to be conducted must correspond to meetings identified in Workplace Project Task 2. Use your workplace/organisation's template to complete this task, or use the Meeting Preparation Checklist template provided at the Bounce Fitness site. To complete this task, you must: Obtain information on the following for each meeting to be conducted: o Meeting requirements This refers to essential conditions that must be arranged based on the type and purpose of the meeting to be conducted (e.g. meeting venue, catering arrangements) This must include the types of meeting papers that must be provided to participants before the meeting will be conducted. o Participant requirements This refers to essential conditions that must be arranged based on the participants of the meeting to be conducted (e.g. flight arrangement, vegan meals for the catering) Develop a Meeting Preparation Checklist for each meeting to be conducted, which will be completed in Workplace Project Task 5
