Task 3.1 Legislation, regulations and codes of practice

Provide a response to each of the following:

a.Briefly outline the current economic and political climate relating to the financial services industry in which you work or will work in the future.

b.Identify the relevant information on legislation, regulations and the codes of practice that apply to completing work in the financial services.

c.Outline the security practices and rationale for the industry and organisations.

d.Discuss how you would clarify and regularly refine your own work practice by applying all relevant legislation, regulations, codes of practice, and organisational policies, procedures and guidelines in your work role or your future work role.

e.Discuss how you would use and apply an ethical approach in your role or your future role.
