Task 5: Establish reporting practices

• Go to your Assessment 2 and open Asset Maintenance Reporting Schedule.
• Establish maintenance and performance reporting practices, including financial reporting, to support the asset maintenance regime and ensure the effective performance of all assets.
• Document the purpose of each report, when reports are completed, by whom and who they will be distributed to.
• If appropriate documents currently exist, indicate how they will support the maintenance regime and the information provided in them.
• Where necessary, develop templates for maintenance requests or other reporting and recording techniques.
• Complete the Asset Maintenance Reporting Schedule and upload it to your learning platform.
