Task:

Auckland International Airport is$,$ you guessed it$,$ New Zealand's largest airport $-$ and a company that has been forced to weather the challenges posed by COVID$-19,$ the weather in $2023,$ and the recent court trials of AIA staff running drug smuggling operations through the airport. Remember, we're using the 'group discussion $>$ class discussion $>$ note taking' workflow, so you've got an excellent basis for revision.

In groups, evaluate the effectiveness of AIA's Corporate Governance policy & practice using the FMA Principles to assess its effectiveness and present your response to the class. Refer to the Board of Directors and skills matrix $($see the Annual Report page $29)$ where appropriate.
