Social: it helps the population by keeping everything in check and making sure everyone

has time to cross the bridge.

Environmental: It keeps invasion of the landscape as low as possible by minimizing the

movement of boats around the island as a mean of transportation.

Financial: This will be a more effective and cheaper way to get across
