Task C7: PERFORMANCE EXCELLENCE RECOGNITION Instructions This task will require you to give public recognition to a team member who has recently or continuously demonstrates strong or excellent performance. The recognition of performance can be made using any method that is considered appropriate by your workplace/organisation. If your workplace/organisation doesn't have a system or a policy related to employee recognition, check with your supervisor that your idea is appropriate. To complete this task, you must take the following actions: . Identify from performance evaluations an employee who has performed well in a specific task or activity or who has achieved or exceeded expectations. Determine an appropriate method of public recognition, e q nominating the team member for a workplace/organisational award, developing a certificate to present and display in a common area of the workplace or to post on the intranet, or an email to staff or special mention in the workplace/organisation's newsletter.
