Then determine what you have eaten in a week and fill in all the information in the table attached to the end of this document, which you will send. Part II: Record of physical activity or exercise (Answer in the table) 4. In the same way, you are going to collect all physical activity or exercise that you carry out. 5. Calculate the number of calories expended or burned per day. 6. Record your daily weight. 7. Use the MyFitnessPal app to record all physical activity. 8. Upon completing the seven days, fill in the information in the table attached to the end of this document and compare the number of calories eaten in the week with the number of calories burned or expended in the week. Part III: Self Analysis (Question and Answer) 9. Analyze the results of the caloric record and answer the following: Estimate your ideal weight according to your gender, height and activity Physics (You must demonstrate the mathematical formula and its process). Determine if you are at your ideal weight, underweight or overweight.
