Task Description: This work placement task requires the student to evaluate and enhance own practice through a process of reflection and ongoing professional development. In order to do this the student will be required to: a) Prepare a personal development plan Task a requires the student to develop and present a personal development plan that includes: goals timeframes ways of measuring progress To complete this workplace task, students are required to fill in the below template
