After Role Play 2, you, as Joe Roux, the Manager of ACA Restaurant Cafe 'are to make a 3-5-minute power-point presentation to the Restaurant Stakeholders, Primarily the Management Team (your class) through an arrangement of staff meeting about the follow-up actions that you would need to make on how you intend to support the team improve their contribution as well as increase the productivity of the business operations. You must take this into consideration that the Owners have a very busy schedule and needs to attend an urgent meeting with one of their key suppliers. They understand the need to acknowledge the issues raised within the restaurant and in order to ensure the business runs smoothly and that this matter does not disrupt the performance and quality standard of the restaurant they managed a very short time to attend this meeting to discuss and learn your resolution techniques and business strategies.
