Divide among members of the group the following roles and responsibilities:

As a CRO agency, you will help the client improve their conversions by performing an audit on their digital assets $($mainly$,$ the landing page or the website$).$ The CRO specialist will lead the team and audit aspects such as $$ but not limited to $$ the overall structure of the site and its navigation, loading speed, the overall customer journey, etc. The UX$/$UI specialist will give their input on the improvements that the client can make to their UX$/$UI for a better conversion rate. And the copywriter will audit the copy and the content published by the client and suggest improvements.

As a team, create a report $($to be submitted in any form you like $$ a text comment, Word file, PowerPoint deck or video$)$ that you would like to submit to the client. The audit report should contain actionable steps that the client can take to improve their conversion rate. As owners of the CRO agency, you are allowed to make any assumptions you need to make.
