1. Apply any one theory/concept from this class or the chapter on leadership that reflects the leader you chose. Explain WHY this theory/concept fits with the leader you chose.

1. What is one outcome (i.e., a success or failure) you can identify that can be connected to this person's leadership? Provide concrete evidence to support your argument.
