Task: Please write an independent research paper on a single topical issue of your choice in: i. Privacy law; and/or ii. Advertising law. In writing your paper, review the slides from the lecture on March 6th. For this paper, you must choose one or more of the following types of papers: a. Analytical b. Expository c. Comparative d. Argumentative You must identify the type(s) of paper you are writing clearly in your thesis. For example, "This paper compares...," etc. Guidelines: - The paper should be between one thousand wording, excluding title and footnotes. - All sources must be cited using the McGill guide. Refer to the presentation from the library session for your research, which includes citing relevant portions of the statute, case law, noting up cases, and secondary sources. - Use at least one statute, one case, and three journal articles in your paper. Please note that this is the minimum requirement, and you may want to strengthen your paper by using additional sources from these categories.
