Prepare a context diagram for the new system (The Context diagram should look like the diagram on page 150; you can create in Paint, PPT, Word, etc. See example below.) 20 pts 2. Prepare a data dictionary for at least 10 items that would be found in the system (for example Patient Name) 20 pts 3. Create one decision tree or table for the system that looks at patient scheduling (look at the example on page 172 in the 11th edition). You can create any decision that the system will need to be made. 15 pts 4. (Chap 7) Provide a brief explanation of the various alternatives that should be investigated if development continues, including in-house development and any other possible strategies.
