Taweechok wants to increase the number of followers on his Facebook page. He decided to post on his page the following message: A magic pill

Taweechok wants to increase the number of followers on his Facebook page. He decided to post on his page the following message: "A magic pill that effectively treats COVID-22 virus infection was discovered. The virus infection can now be cured. People should also be exposed to the virus to boost their immune system." Certainly, this message is a lie. Unfortunately, the computer that Taweechok used for posting this message was interrupted. He then told his idea to his close friend, Mahachok and asked to borrow Mahachok's computer to finish posting. Mahachok lets Taweechok borrow his computer; therefore, Taweechok quickly posted the message on his Facebook page where he allowed this post to be seen publicly. Many people that saw this post believed in this rumor and want to be infected with the virus. Given this case, please analyze using relevant legal principles, whether or not Taweechok and Mahachok are liable for any offences according to the Thai Computer-related Crime Act, and why?
