1. Taxpayer registration number

Applications for a taxpayer registration number must be done in office. Applicants are required to collect a form from the receptionist, complete it and wait for the next available agent. The wait time to see an agent is typically 5 to 25 minutes. Once an agent becomes available, the applicant reports to them and hands over the completed form along with an ID and proof of address. After this, the agent adds the taxpayer to the system, and prints and issues the taxpayer card.
