The authors examined the digital transformation in the supply chain using lean six sigma (LSS) to improve business processes and performance (Tay & Loh, 2022). The authors found that LSS is the conceptual framework upon which supply chain managers resolve problems to drive improvement in supply chain management. The authors integrated research data into LSS and digital transformation to achieve supply chain performance. The article is relevant because it provides an insightful understanding of the LSS conceptual framework, which gives the structure of my proposed research study.
