TEAM AND STAKEHOLDER PRINCIPLES ASSIGNMENT Project Objective: To have learners gain and share knowledge on different team, communications and stakeholder principles, techniques and approaches by comparing and contrasting how to apply these effectively on both predictive (waterfall) and adaptive (agile) project approaches. Project Overview: This assignment will be done in pairs and is worth 15% of your final grade. Each pair of learners will select one topic from the list below. Each topic will only be studied by one pair. There will be no duplicates unless the number of learners in the class exceeds 40. Signing up for topics is on a first-come-first-served basis. If all the topics have been selected when your pair goes to sign up, contact the professor who will decide what topic to assign to you. Please note that each presentation has a dedicated week in which it is due.
