Brief Description The Project should be established on solid project management concepts. The Team will undertake a thorough literature review in support of the inputs, tools and techniques as well as the outputs making use of the PMBOK, edition 6. The scoping processes and literature review should address the relevant portion of the project deliverables as indicated in the project management plan deliverables shown below. Evaluation and Feedback Part 2: Scoping Processes and Literature Review will be marked in its entirety out of 100.
