While Televisio Esperanto has been available as part of package options amongst a select group of cable network providers internationally for the last ten years, a rise of interest in Esperanto amongst users of apps like Duolingo, Babbel, italki etc. has been accompanied a growing international audience interested in learning \"the international language\" of Esperanto.
