However, it has been a while since the company needed to hire for this job, and so the relevant job description may be outdated. The only internal information that is available to you is a job advertisement presented on pages 5 & 6 and posted in the Term Assignment folder. Review the job advertisement evaluating how well it captures essential KASOs or competencies. While analyzing the job given, ask yourselves: How well does the job ad describe what someone holding the job actually does? How well does it capture the KSAOs/Competencies needed to successfully perform the job? Are all of the KSAOs/Competencies listed really necessary? What is missing? Is the description sufficiently detailed to develop a sound recruitment plan? . Is the language of the ad grammatically correct and inclusive? Using various external sources, including NOC, gather information about the job to create an accurate and more appealing job announcement that will attract the talent you are seeking. Make sure to include the relevant job and organizational elements, as well as other components that may facilitate successful recruitment. This ad should have no more than 200 words. Include your newly designed ad as an appendix to which you will refer in your recruitment and selection plans
