Terms of Service Agreements

If you click an "I agree" box on a website, app, or software program, odds are that its terms are binding on you, even if the terms contain dozens or even hundreds of lines of dense text.For instance, I would imagine that none or very few of us have ever actually read iTunes' terms of service, yet we are bound to them once we click them in acceptance.Is this fair?Should the law change to limit the enforceability of clickwraps, or clicking to accept terms?
