Terra and explains that Yarner will not be able to deliver the wool because of unexpected manufacturing trobles. Terra representives work several extra hours scrabling to find an alternative. Eventually, Terra does find an alternative and orders the 500 pounds of wool from Wooler, Inc. However, because it is such short notice, Wooler charges $6.00 per pound to deliver the wool by August 1.
