You can expect questions about: o The legal test and application of the legal test to your potential hazard o Strategies that the business can use to minimize the risks that the hazard creates for your business o Your potential breach of contract claim o Clauses that you could Include in the contract to reduce or even eliminate the risks of being sued for the breach of contract (you should be able to identify and discuss two different clauses).
