  1. Create video depicting a hazard (as described below) and include the video in your Adobe web page
  2. Answer in writing in your Adobe web page questions regarding tort and contract law

Part 1 - Video

You and your partner will video/film a potential hazard at your business (that you imagined for Test #1) and verbally explain in the video why it is a hazard to your customers.

The potential hazard must relate to your business. For example, if your business is a brick-and-mortar store, maybe your hazard is a cracked step that a customer can trip on. If your company is a clothing company, maybe your hazard is a toxic chemical used in the fabric dye. You can choose any hazard you like, as long as it is not used here or in class as an example.

Do not actually put yourselves in any danger - please do not actually trip or slip! Just film a scene that shows the potential hazard to your customer and explain why it is a hazard. For example:
