1. Which question was the easiest? Why?

Question 3 was the easiest because it has a greater difficulty score as compared to the others. Question 3's score is 0.6 and is closer to the range of 0.75 and greater. Questions in this range are "very easy" and according to the document "It's possibly too easy since everyone knew the answer or was able to guess correctly." The difficulty index of these three questions is moderate which are interpreted as very good items.

2. Which question was the most difficult? Why?

Question 4 was the most difficult because it had the lowest difficulty out of questions 3,4, and 5. Question 4's score is 0.4 and is closer to the range of 0.25 and lower, meaning "the question is too hard."Having a lower index compared to others means its difficulty is much higher.

3. Which item has the poorest discrimination? Why?

Question 5 has the poorest discrimination as it has the lowest discrimination score, that being -0.2. It is also a negative discrimination meaning the lower group did better than the upper group and that kids who struggled with the test mostly got this question correct as opposed to kids who did better on the test.Negative discrimination means the item needs to be removed or completely revised.

4. Which questions would you eliminate first (if any) - why?

I would eliminate question 4 because it was the most difficult and most of the lower upper group kids got that correct as opposed to the lower class. The ratio of upper group kids to lower group kids who got question 4 correct is 3:1.Such one needs to be removed or completely revised despite its difficulty index which is in moderate.
