Texas's judicial and legal systems are relatively complex and complicated. Do you think Texas's juridical system and approach to crime are designed and function to serve justice (and do explain what you mean by justice and why--this is the standard you're using to judge the systems after all)? If yes, explain how. If not, do you think there are changes/reforms that would make these systems more just?
