Thank you so much for your participation in this weeks discussion post! I really enjoyed how you discussed that the candidate experience can suffer when using automated recruitment tactics. As an employer, you are finding and assessing candidates, but applicants are doing the same to employers. From the second someone looks at a job posting, they are creating perceptions about a company, how organized they are, the pay, the work atmosphere, professionalism, ect. So, having such an automated and hands off approach can appear lazy and lackluster to applicants. This could prove detrimental to candidate searched and to the number a qualified candidates that present themselves. Would you rather work for a company that puts out one short application with no real information, or a company that makes you feel wanted and important from the second you see a job listing
