Question 3. Angus has a part time job at a local shoe store, working 2 days a week. He gets paid 150 per week before tax. One Saturday, when Angus is cashing up, he notices the till is 100 short. Angus was working on his own that day as the other member of staff who usually worked a Saturday, had called in sick. Angus notified the manager and was directed to a term in his contract of employment, which stated that if the till is short or any stock is missing, deductions would be made from employee's wages. That week, Angus was only paid 50. (a) Advise Angus as to whether this is a legal deduction. And (b) Discuss the routes which may be available to resolve this issue. (100 Marks)
