Thanks for sharing the latest data on our various human resource initiatives. Part ofwhat lm pushing us to do in this area is to be more focused in what we offer and ensure that our choices are based on evidence. With this in mind, I've been reviewing the impacts ofourtalent development programs across the company. I think there is a good opportunity to streamline what we do for our employees in R&D. There are two current training initiatives in R&D that I think we need to evaluate with goal of offering only one of them next year. From my evaluation it appears that the Design Thinking training program has reduced turnover by 2% and increased productivity by 5%. The other training program (Teaming with Excellence] has reduced turnover by 4% and increased productivity by 4%. Our data show that every 1% of turnover costs us $1000 per employee and every 2% of productivity gains us $1500 per employee.
