Thanks for your great post. I like that you bring up how strain on the budget will ultimately lead to fewer resources and programs. An additional thing I would like to mention is burnout. When employees are unavailable, sometimes still have to work as corrections is 24/7 365. After the constant overtime and loss of days off, employees are eventually going to experience burnout. Burnout is not something you want your employees to have if you want the best out of them
