Would the real problem then be with the logistics - securing and handling donations - which then begs the question, does the organization's theory of change i.e., how they envisage their resources and activities working together to result in the outcomes they desire (McLaughlin, 2015) need to change to meet the changing times? It sounds like they may have to do a substantial overhaul of their operations
