Factual Scenario #3 - Sam's Mustang On Monday, Sam placed a classified ad on a website, offering to sell his 1967 Mustang, "completely restored to showroom condition," for "$25,000, or best offer." Almost immediately, Tom e-mailed Sam and said, "if it's got less than 50,000 miles, I'll pay your asking price." Sam e-mailed Tom to tell him that the car had 60,000 actual miles, and offered to meet with Tom so that he could look at the car. On Tuesday, Tom e-mailed Sam, asking if he could see the car on Thursday. That same day, Don e-mailed Sam, offering $22,000 if his mechanic could inspect the car and certify its condition. Pam also e-mailed Sam on Tuesday and offered to pay him $20,000 for the car. In need of money, Sam quickly e-mailed his acceptance to Pam. Pam did not, however, receive the e-mail because Sam sent it to the wrong e-mail address. On Wednesday, Tom changed his mind and offeredSam $25,000 if Sam would deliver the car to him. Can Sam accept Tom's offer? Discuss all statements and contract principals in order to answer this
