The $1954$ Brown v$.$ Board of Education decision declared segregated schools as unconstitutional, however the authors discussed the ways in which Brown actually resulted in numerous and long$-$lasting negative results. List and briefly describe at least two negative consequences of Brown mentioned in this chapter and their impact on one's educational experience.
