The 2020 global health crisis (COVID epidemic) has been challenging for organizations, non-profit, government and businesses of all sizes. The economy in every country has declined, some more so than others. We are probably not 'out of the woods' yet (meaning there are probably still difficulties and challenges ahead). Though not all companies have had difficulties, some have actually done better, some have profited during the crisis.

Objective: Identify an industry and an organization in that industry which has been more successful during the pandemic and discuss global strategy relative to that company.

DO NOTdiscuss an organization that is in the medical industry so no Medical technology (testing, R&D, etc.), Pharmaceutical (vaccinations, drugs, etc.), Medical Devices (e.g., masks, healthcare products), etc. Also do not use non-profit organizations or any government, government-supported and government sponsored organizations.

Write a short paper about 2 pages describing how some industries have profited/benefitted from the crisis.

Use at least one specific example, one organization that is more global in reach/scale (not a small business) in that industry.

Discuss some of the strategies that this company used to be competitive and successfully navigate through this crisis. Or you might include some strategies they could use as it may be difficult to find articles or references of the strategies that the company used to manage during the pandemic.

Discussa few (at least 2) of the challenges/obstacles for organizations in this situation (global pandemic) and identify the challenges/obstacles as either A) industry-based, , B) resource-based or C) institutionally-based and WHYthey are challenges/obstacles.
