It expands on the original 2-module course "NIH Implicit Bias" by providing users with knowledge and strategies to create psychological safety and enhance employee engagement to foster an inclusive workplace culture. Module 1: Foundations Module 2: Mitigating Bias Module 3: Creating a Culture of Inclusive Excellence Since we are utilizing this through public links, you cannot register your completion of the course or obtain other proof of completion. The final screen indicates course completion; you may capture a screenshot of this screen to prove the completion of the course. Please upload your screenshot for credit. When you complete the modules, you will come to a page that says congratulations for completing your Implicit Bias training. Take a screenshot/picture immediately and upload for credit. Once past this screen, there is no way to go back and capture this completed screen again and the course must be retaken in totality
