The ability to upload images and to comment on other users' images creates a number of legal issues. The Guild wants you to provide a report on these and provide suggestions as to how these issues can be addressed. In particular they wish you to report on two aspects:

What data-protection and privacy risks arise from users' ability to upload images and comments under UK law?

What issues around illegal and abusive images and texts would the Guild have to deal with under UK law?
