In adapting to this "new normal," many changes must take place if communities and nations are to successfully deal with the health, social, mental, educational, financial and economic etc. issues brought about by the virus.

You belong to a Reflective/Reflexive learning team given the responsibility to lead the recovery process to deal with the "new normal" and bring positive educational changes to a selected Caribbean country. Use at least three Reflective/Reflexive models and/or theories and show howthe knowledge, skills and competencies acquired in FOUN1501 could be usedeffectively to develop a Learning Recovery Plantodeal with the "new normal" and bring positive changes to the education system in the selected Caribbean country postCOVID- 19.

Learning recovery is critical to the future of any Education Policy post covid. Develop a Learning Recovery Plan for a specific Caribbean country. Ensure that you identify the country, the level (ECCE, Primary, Secondary or Tertiary) and area of development. The plan should lead to Education Transformation, and you must examine how the models and theories of Reflective Practice can factor in the expected transformation.

TheLearning Recovery Plan can be a video, a podcast, an oral power point presentation. This Learning Recovery Plan will be submitted to the assignment forum. The task is based on the summative assessment requirement addressed in your Course Guide. It will be used to award 40% of your final grade.
