The analysis phase is very important in the ADDIE process because this will determine how prepared your lessons and trainings will be. Our discussion question has two parts: Part 1: Take a look at the readings and materials and feel free to discuss any part of the Analysis phase or the whole phase.Did anything stick out to you? Did anything seem needless or extremely beneficial? How can you relate this to real life educational experiences or training experiences? Part 2: What is the training "topic" for your multimedia projects in this class? Who are you going to be training? Consider the following: Who are the learners? What are their demographics, knowledge/skills already possessed, gender, etc. (see notes)? What is the knowledge or problem to be addressed by the training? What do your learners not know that you want to train or teach them? Remember, you want to get them from Point A to Point B. What are the goals (top of staircase) and objectives (individual steps) for your multimedia training?
